COMPLIANCE WITH AITM (Production, Modification and Installation of Vehicles) REGULATION & PROCEDURES

Thanks to the expert Mechanical Engineer (PhD) who has the certificate of TSE (Turkish standards Instution) Authorized Technical Responsibility within Pangea Makine; approval of superstructures produced can be carried out by us in accordance with the procedures and principles regarding the granting of National Type Approvals for vehicles under the amendment stage and under construction phase that are out of the scope of the type approval regulations. Design and production of superstructures including truck mounted and on-road/off-road equipments are carried out by fulfilling the obligation to comply with the road structure and traffic safety in terms of the production and use of vehicles in accordance with the provisions of the Highways Traffic Law No. 2918. Approvals of manufacturing and modification project are included in the signature authority as stated below.

Construction and Application Projects: It is the preparation of detailed reports and construction and application projects in a necessary scale in accordance with the accepted implementation preliminary project principles and the corrections made in this project and the relevant provisions of the specification for this work.

Delivery of the Project Originals: It is the process of delivering the projects to the employer with the changes made, as approved by the audit units.

Assembly: Assembling the machinery and equipment brought to the workplace in accordance with the construction and application projects, detailed drawings and technical rules, and putting them into operation by installing them.

Demo Operation: It is the operation of the devices of a facility whose assembly is completed, completely idle or under load when required.

Inspection and Acceptance: It is the operation of final inspection of the machine for a required period of time and performing sampling and laboratory services as required by capacity and efficiency expectations.
