Pangea Makine offers pre-sales support to its customers in line with their needs and demands. If requested, we make company visits and show technical presentations with our engineers, technicians and experts who are competent in their field.

In addition, we Show these presentations both in our head office and in our workshop.

In order to adapt to the system of our customers at the very beginning of the sales process, we first understand their procedures, determine the necessary communication channels and make a decision together to apply the most accurate method for the requested products and services.

We determine the preparetions by making accurate analyzes, make new investments as needed and diversify the supply channels in order to supply on time and at the desired quality.

Project Design

We prioritize technical expertise and knowledge in all the projects we undertake. When we deem it necessary, we consult with our strategic partners together with our expert staff, and we do not reflect the cost of this process to our customers.

In accordance with nature of the work, we realize our pre-project consultancy services without any charge and without reflecting on the product and service cost.

Prototype

Thanks to our flexible manufacturing methods, we carry out sample production with a separate team.

In case of requiring samples before mass production, we ensure that we fully understand the desired product by avoiding the cumbersome that will cause time loss.

On the other hand, we are preparing the necessary preparations for mass production conditions in order to start production quickly after the sample approval.

We prepare the necessary papers, and documents as an indispensable part of the process and deliver them with the sample.
