ETHICS
It is the set of basic rules that have become a part of our corporate culture while making our decisions in business life. We feel responsible for learning the policies and procedures that support our ethical principles, asking and consulting issues we do not understand about our ethical principles, and complying with the laws, ethical principles, and relevant policies and procedures.
In our business relations, we avoid acting that would damage mutual trust towards our business partners, employees, suppliers, competitors, environment, society and humanity.
We conduct our relations with official institutions and organizations within the framework of ethical principles, in accordance with laws and regulations.
PRIVACY AND INFORMATION SECURITY
In line with our founding principle, corporate culture and organizational structure, we consider it our basic principle to comply with the confidentiality agreements we have signed with all our business partners who do business with us under all circumstances and without compromise.
It is one of our basic policies to comply with all legal contracts and regulations regarding information security, to increase the awareness of our employees on the subject and to carry out trainings that will improve technical and behavioral competencies, to systematically manage the risks against our database, and to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of our customer database.
The main purpose of our policy is to protect information from unauthorized access, to ensure its confidentiality, to protect its integrity, and to provide access to information no more than needed when business processes require.
All management staff are responsible for the compliance of the units they manage to this policy and related procedures. Compliance with the Information Security Policy is mandatory for all employees.
