We guarantee to provide all the spare parts of our products that we manufacture, throughout the lifetime of the product.

We keep the necessary stocks for this, and ship the ordered spare parts and accessories with FIFO / LIFO warehouse management approach according to their type and technical requirements.

Maintenance & Installation

Not only in Turkey but also in any location of the world, We provide 24/7 maintenance, repairement and installation services with our dynamic and experienced technical staff who are trained to minimize production losses. If requested, we undertake the workloads of our customers by making annual maintenance contract.

Training

As Pangea Makine, we carry out usage and maintenance trainings both at our own location and at the customer location for all our products and services we offer.

In addition, we also issue certificates for the trainings we provide, if requested. Internally, we constantly train our employees in order to keep their knowledge level up to date.

Warranty

All our products and services we provide are under the guarantee of Pangea Makine. Details regarding the warranty periods and conditions has a guideline feature and is determined according to the type of product or service.
